Owl Labs has introduced Owl 360 Services, a new subscription offering designed to help IT teams manage, monitor and support growing fleets of hybrid meeting devices.
The company’s first tiered subscription service provides organizations with additional device management, analytics, warranty and support options as hybrid collaboration deployments continue to expand across enterprise environments.
According to Owl Labs, Owl 360 Services is available in three subscription tiers. Every Owl Labs device is automatically enrolled in the Core tier at no additional cost, while the Enhanced and Enterprise tiers add capabilities for larger or more complex deployments.
“Owl 360 Services marks a major step forward in how enterprises support and scale hybrid work with Owl Labs,” said Frank Weishaupt, CEO of Owl Labs. “As organizations expand their use of Owl Labs technology across more meeting spaces, they need deeper intelligence and more centralized control to keep every room running smoothly.”
The service includes centralized device management, remote monitoring and analytics designed to help IT administrators better understand how meeting spaces are being used. Available insights include meeting duration, device usage and room utilization, while higher subscription tiers add advanced dashboards, meeting history and API integrations.
The Enterprise tier, available through authorized channel partners in North America, also includes a four-year warranty, expedited hardware replacement, dedicated account management and priority support. The Enhanced tier, scheduled to launch later this year, adds advanced analytics and API integrations for organizations managing larger device fleets.
The announcement follows Owl Labs’ recent Microsoft Teams certification for its Meeting Owl 5 Pro device, completing certification across the company’s Meeting Owl and Owl Bar product portfolio.
Owl 360 Services is available now, with the Enterprise and Core tiers currently offered and the Enhanced tier expected to launch in the third quarter.
