PPDS introduced the new Philips Signage 7000 Series at InfoComm 2026, expanding its digital signage portfolio with its thinnest and lightest 4K UHD signage displays to date.
Available in 43-, 50-, 55- and 65-inch sizes, the Philips Signage 7000 Series is designed for 24/7 commercial environments, including retail, corporate, hospitality, food and beverage, and public venues. According to PPDS, the displays feature a significantly slimmer profile than comparable models in its existing Philips Signage lineup, creating new installation opportunities where space, aesthetics or accessibility requirements are important.
The displays run on Android 16 and include a built-in neural processing unit designed to support future AI applications. Users can install Android applications directly on the display, while compatibility with the Philips Wave remote management platform allows organizations to remotely configure displays, monitor device status, update firmware and manage content across deployments.
To help improve reliability, the Philips Signage 7000 Series includes PPDS’ FailOver technology, which automatically switches to backup content if the primary media player becomes unavailable. The displays also support a variety of connectivity options, including HDMI, USB-C, RS232, LAN, USB, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, along with optional Philips ScreenShare for wireless content sharing in meeting rooms and classrooms.
PPDS said the Philips Signage 7000 Series will be available beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026.
