Q-SYS Announces Integration With ServiceNow to Streamline AV and IT Workflows

QSC has announced a new integration between Q-SYS and ServiceNow aimed at helping organizations streamline workflows across AV and IT environments.

The integration connects data from Q-SYS with the ServiceNow AI Platform, enabling automated data flow, faster response times and improved support for enterprise AV systems. Q-SYS Reflect, the company’s cloud-based application, provides secure data integration and is available through the ServiceNow Store as part of the ServiceNow Build Partner program.

According to QSC, the Q-SYS Reflect application automates the flow of AV system data into ServiceNow, supporting use cases such as IT Service Management and IT Asset Management. This allows organizations to integrate AV systems into existing ServiceNow workflows, including automated ticket creation and inventory updates, while reducing the need for additional staff training.

The integration is designed to allow IT teams to manage AV technologies using familiar ServiceNow tools, helping unify support processes across enterprise environments.
