Telycam Debuts Three New Explore PTZ Cameras Ahead of InfoComm 2026

Telycam has expanded its Explore PTZ camera lineup with three new models: the Explore 100, Explore 300 and Explore 500.

The new cameras build on the company’s existing Explore series and are designed for applications including sports production, corporate events, education and live production environments.

According to Telycam, all three models feature a new brushless DC motor and 3-axis synchronization technology designed to deliver smoother camera movement and more natural motion during productions.

The Explore 300 and Explore 500 feature a 4/3-inch sensor and 20x optical zoom, while the Explore 100 combines a 1/1.8-inch sensor with 30x optical zoom. Telycam said the Explore 300 and Explore 500 also include Hybrid AF autofocus technology and an optical low-pass filter intended to reduce moiré effects when filming LED displays.

The cameras offer multiple video output and streaming options, including support for NDI, SRT, RTMP and RTSP workflows. The Explore 100 and Explore 500 also add features such as NDI High Bandwidth, 12G-SDI connectivity and SFP+ interfaces.

Telycam has also redesigned the camera’s web-based user interface. The updated interface is optimized for mobile devices and includes scene preset functionality for storing and recalling image settings in different production environments.

The company plans to demonstrate the new cameras at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas.

The Explore 100, Explore 300 and Explore 500 are expected to be available in the third quarter of 2026. According to Telycam, the new models will maintain the same manufacturer suggested retail pricing as the previous Explore cameras they replace.
