Utelogy has introduced Agentic AI to its platform, bringing conversational voice and chat control to its cloud-based management, control and analytics system. The new AI capabilities allow users to operate systems, perform analytics and even configure devices using natural language, through a secure interface built on OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Integrated into the Utelogy MCP Server, Agentic AI gives AV and IT teams the ability to manage workflows, automate tasks and troubleshoot issues in real time. Users can issue voice or chat commands to initiate firmware updates, analyze room usage, or execute bulk operations across enterprise systems.
Utelogy also launched a new analytics experience that includes pre-built dashboards for tracking room occupancy, device utilization and call performance. These tools support data-driven decisions aimed at improving efficiency, reducing downtime and optimizing resource use.
In addition, Utelogy announced “Configuration-in-the-Cloud,” enabling remote setup and editing of locations, rooms and devices through the Utelogy Cloud Portal. This functionality supports the deployment and management of distributed environments from any location.
To streamline interoperability, the platform now includes a Webhooks framework that pushes real-time alerts into third-party systems such as ticketing platforms, messaging apps and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
These new features are supported by Utelogy’s expanding Utelligence Technology Partner Program, which provides a growing library of drivers and integrations. The platform provides monitoring, management, AI-powered automation and control across diverse AV and UC environments, enabling unified system oversight and measurable operational gains.
