ViewSonic announced that its fourth-generation LDS136-152 Mobile Direct View LED display is now shipping. The 136-inch screen features a foldable, pre-assembled design on wheels, allowing it to be transported between spaces and set up without a permanent installation.
The updated model includes a motorized stand with an additional 3.7 feet of vertical adjustment. An integrated remote controls both the display settings and motorized lift, while redesigned rear I/O ports allow users to connect devices without opening panels or exposing internal boards.
The LDS136-152 ships in a protective flight case and features 360-degree wheels for movement between rooms or venues. Its foldable design fits into most elevators, and ViewSonic says the redesigned hinge adds durability for repeated setup and transport. Glue-on-Board technology provides additional protection for the LED panels against impact, dust and moisture.
The Full HD display supports wireless screen sharing through ViewSonic AirSync, including AirPlay and Google Cast. It also offers split-screen functionality, Picture-by-Picture from up to four inputs and Picture-in-Picture. For AV/IT teams, the display can integrate with Q-SYS through a Q-SYS Library Verified plug-in and is compatible with Crestron, Extron and AMX systems.
“The LDS136-152 sets up in minutes and ships in a rugged flight case for easy transport and storage,” said Brian Wei, head of product management at ViewSonic.
The mobile design provides an alternative to permanent dvLED installations for applications such as auditoriums, lobbies, events, trade shows and pop-up spaces.
