Diversified announced it has expanded its Hospitality & Lifestyle solutions within its advisory services practice, appointing Zach Toback as vice president of business development for the group.
Toback, a 30-year media veteran and former vice president of production and studio operations at The Walt Disney Company, will oversee Diversified’s global hospitality strategy. His role includes helping clients in resorts, cruise ships, casinos, theme parks and luxury destinations deliver technology-driven guest experiences.
The move highlights Diversified’s commitment to redefining how technology powers guest engagement at scale. The company said it is focusing on helping operators integrate advanced IPTV, digital signage, large-scale experiential platforms and enterprise-grade infrastructure to deliver personalization, reliability and convenience.
“Hospitality is no longer just about service — it’s about designing immersive, connected environments that leave a lasting impression,” said Jason Kornweiss, senior vice president, advisory services at Diversified. “With Zach’s leadership and his experience at Disney, ABC and NBC Universal, Diversified is uniquely positioned to help global clients create the next generation of guest experiences that blend storytelling, technology, and operational excellence.”
Toback has extensive experience overseeing large-scale technology operations and complex systems. At Diversified, he will lead the company’s global hospitality strategy within the advisory services team, working with clients to deliver solutions that combine creative vision with reliable, scalable technology.
“The hospitality and lifestyle industries are at an inflection point,” said Toback. “From arrival to checkout, guests expect more personalization, more interactivity and deeper connection to the experience. That’s what creates the unforgettable moments of the future. Diversified has the depth, scale and skill to turn those expectations into reality, not just for one property—but across entire portfolios.”
Diversified’s expanded focus on hospitality builds on its global experience in broadcast, enterprise and experiential technology, where it has delivered mission-critical solutions for some of the world’s most complex environments. The company said these investments strengthen its position as a strategic partner for brands seeking to future-proof investments, improve operational efficiency and stand out in a crowded experience economy while enhancing guest engagement worldwide.
