Samsung Brings The Frame to Hospitality With New Hotel-Focused Display

Samsung has introduced a hospitality version of The Frame, bringing the company’s Art TV experience to hotels and other commercial environments.

Announced at HITEC 2026, the new HL03H model combines The Frame’s art-focused design with hospitality features aimed at improving guest experiences and simplifying display management for hotel operators.

According to Samsung, the display is designed to serve as both an entertainment screen and a design element. Collection Hub allows hotels to display artwork, photography or branded visuals when the television is not actively in use, while optional magnetic bezels enable customization to match different interior designs.

“With The Frame for hotels, Samsung is bringing one of its most distinctive TV experiences to hospitality businesses,” said Hyoung Jae Kim, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics.

The display also introduces several features designed specifically for hospitality environments. Samsung said guests can access Google Cast and Apple AirPlay by scanning an on-screen QR code, allowing them to share content from personal devices without requiring a separate login. Device connection information is automatically removed at checkout.

The Frame for hotels is also the first model in Samsung’s hospitality TV lineup to support Generative Wallpaper and Live Translate. Samsung said Live Translate can provide subtitles in a guest’s preferred language when viewing local broadcasts or Samsung TV Plus content.

For hotel operators, Samsung’s LYNK Cloud platform provides centralized management of connected displays, allowing staff to monitor device status, update guest-facing services and distribute content across multiple screens. The platform also supports digital concierge services, room-service ordering and content management for Collection Hub artwork.

Samsung said the new hospitality model will be available in 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch sizes in the United States beginning in the second half of 2026.

The company is demonstrating The Frame hospitality display at HITEC 2026 in booth 2442.
