Logitech announced that it has enhanced its presence and environmental sensor, Logitech Spot, through ten new partner integrations. The company said that connecting Spot’s data stream directly into workplace management, AV control and analytics platforms including Appspace, Extron, Q-SYS, Planon, Robin, Spaceti, Utelogy, VergeSense, Xyte and Zoom aims to benefit companies and employees through responsive, automated workspaces.
Logitech Spot acts as the sensory engine for the office, detecting environmental factors and gathering signals on any space. The company said that opening this data to partners through Logitech’s CollabOS and Sync Cloud APIs aims to enable companies to turn raw room metrics into action.
The new Spot integrations aim to balance real estate costs with enhanced employee experiences with predictive workplace analytics, automated space reservation and unified multi-vendor monitoring. It also aims to empower employee wellness through live air quality and temperature metric displays on interactive office maps, mobile apps or idle room screens. The integrations are now available globally.
